Medifast Diet PlanThe Medifast diet plan was developed so that people could easily loose weight.

The Medifast diet is basically a low-fat, low-calorie weight loss plan based on eating certain foods and drinks. It is a very simple diet to follow and is nutritionally well balanced.

It's is a low calorie diet which if followed correctly should enable you to lose between 2 - 4 lbs a week.

You eat 6 meals a day eating every 2-3 hours. Five of the meals are Medifast and the other is a lean and green meal.
